An acute care hospital in Western Colorado is hiring an ICU/House Float RN. This is a placement managed by Lela Boom Consulting Group.

About the role

These openings span two tracks: ICU nurses will provide direct critical care to acutely ill patients requiring close monitoring and complex interventions, while House Float RNs will support staffing needs across multiple units throughout the facility. Both positions are night shift roles, with two openings available in the ICU and four in the Float Pool.

Pay and benefits

$34.10 - $54.56/hr. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance: Case by case. Additional pay opportunity: Ability to earn an additional $5.00 per hour by participating in our Clinical Ladder program.
