About the role

Registered Nurses on the Medical-Surgical Unit care for adult patients presenting with a broad mix of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurologic conditions — including general, urology, and vascular post-surgical patients. RNs conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in accordance with standards of care and disease-specific protocols, develop and evaluate individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes, and provide direct nursing care while supervising non-licensed nursing staff within their scope of practice. Patient and family education — tailored to age, culture, condition, and circumstance — is woven into every aspect of care delivery.

What you need

• Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
• Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required (does not need to be recent acute care experience)
• BLS required upon hire

Pay and benefits

$30.04 - $41.50/hr plus $4 sign-on bonus
