A rehabilitation hospital in the Four Corners region, New Mexico is hiring a SLP Peds OP (Days). This is a placement managed by Lela Boom Consulting Group.

About the role

This position sits within the Speech Language Pathology department, focused exclusively on a pediatric outpatient population. Clinicians typically carry a schedule of 10–14 patients per day, addressing diagnoses that commonly include speech and language delay, autism, Trisomy 21, and articulation/phonological disorders. Documentation is completed in Cerner. The position operates under the oversight of a Site Coordinator and an SLP Coordinator.

What you need

• 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in a pediatric outpatient setting preferred
• Education meeting New Mexico State Licensing Board requirements
• New Mexico licensure must be obtained prior to start (open to candidates who do not currently hold New Mexico or Compact licensure)
• BLS certification required; all other required certifications can be obtained after hire

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, day shift, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break (12:30–1:00 PM); mandatory meetings falling within the unpaid break period will be converted to paid time.

Pay and benefits

$35.74 - $44.68/hr plus $2 sign-on bonus
