About the role

The Respiratory Therapist will provide direct patient care related to respiratory assessment, treatment, and management within the facility. Responsibilities are consistent with standard respiratory therapy practice at an inpatient clinical setting, including ventilator management, airway care, and therapeutic interventions across patient populations.

What you need

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, required
• RRT license in the state of Arkansas, required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, required
• Preferred: Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards
• Preferred: Strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient-centered care

Pay and benefits

$58,240 - $83,200 per year
