A behavioral health hospital in the Four Corners region, New Mexico is hiring a RN - Cardiology/PCU (Days). This is a placement managed by Lela Boom Consulting Group.

About the role

Nurses on this unit manage IMC patients on active titrating drips at a 1:3 ratio, and step-down IMC patients at a 1:4 ratio on days, with Med/Surg patients assigned at 1:5–6. The unit utilizes standard cardiology monitoring equipment including telemetry and T-1 monitors, IV pumps, and crash carts, with documentation in Cerner.

What you need

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher with state RN license
• Cardiology or IMC experience required; minimum 1 year, with 2 years preferred
• At least 2 years of acute care experience
• BLS required upon submission
• All other required certifications can be obtained after hire; please refer to Life Support Certification document in attachments
• Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure; licensure must be obtained prior to start

Schedule

Day shift, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

Pay and benefits

$29.05 - $46.48/hr plus $2 sign-on bonus
