About the role
The Director of Case Management is responsible for leading and directing hospital case management operations, including care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning functions. This senior leader will set departmental strategy, manage staff performance, and collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to support patient care continuity and regulatory compliance.
What you need
- Current (or eligible) Montana RN license required
- Minimum of one year of hospital case management leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred
- Preferred: Extensive hospital case management leadership experience
Pay and benefits
$112,000 - $130,000 per year
