About the role
The Market Director will lead IT and systems operations across clinical, operational, and enterprise functions within a healthcare environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multi-site IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving strategy across areas including infrastructure, systems, and staff development. Travel of up to 20% is expected.
What you need
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
- At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
- Ability to relocate to the Western Arizona area as this is a 100% onsite role
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Preferred: Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT
- Preferred: Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development

$101,000 - $136,000 per year
