A primary care practice in the Four Corners region, New Mexico is hiring a RN - Manager of Clinical Access Case Manager (Days). This is a placement managed by Lela Boom Consulting Group.

About the role

This hospital-wide case management position focuses on utilization review and management across all patient populations and service lines. The role requires proficiency with InterQual for clinical decision support and utilization management workflows, and operates within a Cerner EHR environment. The Case Manager works across departments to facilitate appropriate resource utilization, support care transitions, and ensure documentation aligns with established clinical criteria. Candidates with experience in tools such as CCM, ACM, or Milliman will have an added advantage in this role.

What you need

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• At least 2 years of acute care experience
• Proficiency with InterQual and Utilization Review/Management required
• BLS required upon submission
• All other required certifications can be obtained after hire
• Licensure: Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure; candidates must obtain prior to start

Pay and benefits

$31.00 - $46.50/hr plus $2 sign-on bonus
